Refund Policy

How refunds and cancellations work on eStyle.

1. Booking is free

eStyle does not charge clients to discover salons or request bookings. You pay the salon directly at the time of service, so there is no platform payment to refund.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel a pending or accepted booking from My Bookings before your appointment at no cost. The slot is immediately released for other clients.

3. Salon-side payments

Any advance, deposit or payment made directly to a salon is governed by that salon's own refund terms. eStyle does not hold or process these payments.

4. Service issues

If you're unhappy with a service, please raise it with the salon first. For unresolved disputes, contact us and we'll help mediate, though final refunds are at the salon's discretion.

5. Promotional offers

Discounts and promotional offers are provided by salons and are subject to their stated validity period and conditions. They carry no cash value and are non-refundable.
