1. Acceptance of terms
By using eStyle you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The service
eStyle is a discovery and booking platform connecting clients with salons and beauty parlours. We facilitate bookings but the actual services are provided by independent salons.
3. Bookings
A booking request is confirmed only when the salon accepts it. Salons may accept or reject requests at their discretion. Clients may cancel pending or accepted bookings before the appointment.
4. Salon partners
Salons are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, services, pricing, working hours and the quality of services delivered. Listings are subject to admin approval before going live.
5. Payments
eStyle does not process payments. Clients pay the salon directly at the time of service.
6. Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, or make fraudulent bookings. Accounts may be suspended for violations.
7. Liability
eStyle is not liable for the quality of services rendered by salons, missed appointments, or disputes between clients and salons. These are to be resolved directly.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
